If you are wanting a cake/cookie that is a copyrighted/licensed product, it will be up to you to contact the license holder and ask them for permission. They will generally give permission to the person purchasing the item, not the person making the item. All contact must be in writing and will be included in your file. You will need to note, when sharing pictures, that permission was given by (license holder) on (date permission was given). This helps keep you and I both out of trouble. If permission cannot be obtained, or you choose not to go through the little bit of red tape, we will work with you in the theme of the product and you can purchase toys, etc that can be put on the cake and incorporated into the design. I value your order and need to protect my business, so I will not infringe on any copyrighted/licensed product. Permission MUST be given in writing before your order can be completed.
